The SINE certificate offers recognised employers two main advantages: a reduction in National Office for Social Security (NOSS) employers' contributions, and financial aid from the National Employment Office (NEO) for the payment of net salaries (reintegration allowance). These advantages apply when hiring unemployed individuals experiencing particular difficulties in finding a job.
⚠️ We do not manage the SINE status for workers. For more information on this subject, visit the Forem website.
To benefit from the SINE advantage, the processes must be carried out before hiring a new member of staff.
