
On Thursday 8 February 2024, Wallonia's most innovative industrial companies were celebrated at the 10th anniversary of "Factories of the Future". Seven exemplary companies were awarded the "Factory of the Future" label for their commitment to Industry 4.0 and their pioneering role in digital and sustainable transformation. These awards, part of Digital Wallonia's Industry of the Future program, showcase the industrial champions shaping the region's future.

These seven companies were awarded the prestigious "Factory of the Future" label at the 2024 FoF Awards.
As part of Digital Wallonia's Industry of the Future program, the Made Different Digital Wallonia support process for manufacturing companies recognises Factories of The Future (FoF) and Ambassadors.
Pioneering companies in Industry 4.0, these "Factories of the Future" also act as examples and catalysts for other manufacturing companies in Wallonia 4.0.
To qualify as a Factory of the Future, companies must be committed to the seven key transformations of the Made Different methodology.
Factories of the Future provide customers with specific, high added-value products. They have the agility to respond to rapidly changing market demand. Open to new business models, they are resolutely committed to digital production processes, which they use to the full while maintaining a strong human approach.
