Have you developed expertise in business creation, growth, transfer, digitalisation of internal processes, internationalisation, etc.? Would you like to put your skills to work for Walloon entrepreneurs? You could be eligible for the "Business voucher service provider" label and benefit from the associated advantages.
Companies and self-employed professionals whose business is to provide advice and support for project leaders and/or Walloon businesses.
Certification offers two advantages: visibility for your consultancy services and streamlined invoices for your customers.
Once certified, you will be listed on the business vouchers website in the certified service providers database. You can manage your company file and update the information shared with visitors (logo, abstract, contacts, links).
If your services meet the conditions for business vouchers, they can be partially funded by Wallonia. This makes your services more financially accessible for your customers.
Requests for certification can be made exclusively via the business vouchers platform.
The certification process is carried out in two steps.
- Firstly, we assess the legal entity (the company) for which the expert provides services. We verify its economic viability and the organisation's suitability for the business voucher scheme (core business, services catalogue, target audience, etc.).
- We then assess the application from the experts requesting certification. You must submit one request per expert and per voucher theme (growth, digitalisation, creation, etc.).
Legal entity
The designated "expert" for the business voucher scheme must be associated with a legal entity (a company).
To be approved, the company must demonstrate its economic viability and its suitability for the business voucher scheme (core business, services catalogue, target audience, etc.).
Business voucher expert
To be approved as an expert, you must have a minimum of three years of experience as a consultant or expert in the field of the voucher you are requesting (creation, growth, digitalisation, etc.). This corresponds to a minimum turnover of €50,000 per year, i.e. an average of approximately 65 days of services provided per year during the three years preceding the certification request.
The expert's support services result in written deliverables such as reports, analyses or action plans. These documents are essential to ensure the transparency and quality of services provided.
The expert should be sufficiently aware of the legal framework governing the business voucher scheme, in particular the voucher(s) for which certification is being requested.
Finally, they should be aware of and undertake to apply the Quality Framework for business vouchers.
