WebTeuv is an online application designed to:
- add a vehicle to the vehicle library and obtain approval (mandatory to obtain authorization after October 1, 2025)
- request and receive authorization for exceptional transport
A new version was launched in May 2023. To log in, you must first complete a secure authentication procedure.
There is a distinction in this procedure between Belgian and non-Belgian companies.
- If the applicant has never previously applied for a special transport permit, they must complete and return the following form Request for connection to WebTeuv
- From February 2, 2026, in order to apply for (and obtain) a special transport permit, the vehicle must be approved (after being entered into the vehicle library via WebTeuv).
- People who log in for several companies:
It may happen that a person uses WebTEUV for several companies.
-
- Several Belgian companies: When logging in via CSAM, the person will be able to choose the company for which they are logging in at that moment.
- Multiple foreign companies: This person must provide a separate email address for each company they work for. When logging in, this person will have access to the corresponding email address.
- A mix of Belgian and foreign companies: For Belgian companies, the person will log in via CSAM. For each foreign company, this person must provide a separate email address.
- Individuals:
Individuals can apply for permits for exceptional transport. At present, you will not be able to access WebTEUV as an individual. Individuals who had access in the past will temporarily be unable to log in. We are working on a solution that will also allow individuals to access the system, but we cannot yet say when this solution will be implemented. We advise these individuals to contact an agent. These are companies that submit applications on behalf of others. They can also explain specific rules, provisions, etc. for the requested transport. You can also contact a specialized transport company that handles permits and transport. If you still wish to apply for your permit yourself, please contact the administration in your region (see contact details) or the region that best corresponds to your choice of language for people not residing in Belgium. If you have already obtained a permit in the past, it is useful to mention this number.
Online applications are processed much faster than those sent by registered mail (paper version).
Online applications help avoid errors such as:
- requesting the wrong authorization category
- entering incorrect weights in the vehicle file
Exchanging information (questions, additional information, clarifications) is much faster online than by paper mail.
The WebTeuv application allows you to manage authorization requests from start to finish.
To access WebTeuv, you must first register as an online applicant using the “WebTeuv Registration” form.
Access will be confirmed via the email address provided within two business days. You must then follow the instructions for your first login on the WebTEUV 2.0 page.
Authorization must be issued by the Administration within a maximum of 5 working days after receipt of the application.
If a question (additional information, explanations, corrections) is sent to the applicant, the deadline is suspended. It resumes upon receipt of the response.
If an opinion is requested from the infrastructure manager (Infrabel or the SPW Bridge Engineering Department) concerning the stability of a bridge, the deadline is extended by 10 working days (to be verified).
