DOCs and PSF
DOCs, or defined organic chemicals, are chemical compounds comprising all carbon compounds except carbon oxides and sulfides, and metal carbonates. PSFs are DOCs containing phosphorus, sulfur or fluorine.
Production declaration
Declarations are required for sites which, during the past calendar year, produced by synthesis more than 200 tonnes of DOCs or more than 30 tonnes of one of the PSF products.
Declarations are not required for sites that exclusively produce explosives and polymers.
