Firearms and military equipment
Are you an individual or a company? Do you have a firearm or military equipment to import or export? Prior to any transaction, you must obtain authorisation from our services. The procedure depends on your situation.
We are responsible for:
- entry movements: import into Belgium/Wallonia from a third party state or transfer to Belgium/Wallonia from another Member State;
- exit movements: export from Belgium/Wallonia to outside the EU or transfer from Belgium/Wallonia to another EU Member State;
- transit movements: via the Walloon Region heading for another State;
for the following equipment:
- complete small arms, their spare parts, components and accessories, their ammunition and ammunition components and, in general, the related technology;
- military equipment and the related technology.
